No recoil pulls your view down during sprays. Used right, it looks like good mouse control. Used wrong, every AK mag is a laser.
What no recoil does in-game
Rust recoil is patterned — AK climbs, LR drifts vertical. No recoil counter-pulls during full auto so your crosshair stays on chest or head.
It is separate from aimbot. Many players run ESP plus no recoil only and still aim manually. That combo ages better on reports than full lock.

Strength settings that look human
Start at 60–75% strength, not max. Full zero recoil on AK at 200 m is a ban story, not a flex.
Muzzle brake in-game plus moderate no recoil looks like a skilled player. Stack max cheat recoil with max attachments and you out-shoot pros on stream.

When to turn it off
Bolt and SAR tap firing barely need no recoil — toggle off for single shots so your muscle memory stays honest.
Turn down or off for clip recording if you share gameplay. Keep it for wipe night raids when you need to win compound holds.
